2,786 rookies, 20 finalists, pro contracts — From Zero to H3RO

The sixth H3RO season was built to produce players: a four-day Scrimmage Showcase, 29 January–1 February 2026, watched by RRQ and HFX Esports, who signed three players each. Mfalme Studio produced the virtual broadcast.

2,786 rookies registered. Twenty reached the showcase. Six walked away with professional contracts.

From Zero to H3RO: Rise of Rookies was the sixth H3RO Esports season, and the first built to produce players rather than crown a team. After registration closed on 30 September 2025, a Rookie Tournament in October, an out-of-game assessment in November and an in-game assessment in December cut the field from 2,786 to 210 to twenty. The twenty finalists then played the Scrimmage Showcase, four days of scrims streamed live from 29 January to 1 February 2026, with RRQ and HFX Esports watching and signing three players each. The showcase drew more than a million views, with PBESI, AVGI, Garudaku, RevivalTV, Vidio, TikTok Live and UniPin among the partners.

Scrims as a broadcast

Mfalme Studio produced the virtual broadcast. Scrimmages are normally the part of esports nobody sees. Here they were the show, four days of it, and the task was to give practice matches played from gaming houses the stage, casting and match presentation of a final, because for these twenty players it was one.

The newest chapter of our esport streaming work for the H3RO programme.
